An idea that actually started in Krita for a change as this software has much improved in recent times and I always want to try something new.

In ArtRage I can really push the texture and the palette knife was used to soften the edges. A final touch was to tweak and push the colours in GIMP, so this painting was a real case of hopping around different tools.
